Janelle is a results-focused marketing professional and team builder with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. She has a proven track record of achieving profitable outcomes through customer-centric thinking that drives growth and innovation.   
 
With industry expertise in energy, consumer packaged goods, advanced manufacturing and lottery, Janelle has enjoyed a diverse career working for many of Atlantic Canada’s most iconic companies. 
 
Prior to joining CCGoodwin Consulting, Janelle was Director of Marketing at Ganong Bros. Ltd., Canada’s original and longest-standing family-owned and operated chocolate and confection company. During her tenure, she successfully refreshed and repositioned Ganong’s brand, as well as the Sunkist Fruit Snacks brand across Canada. 
 
Before Ganong, Janelle worked at Irving Oil for six years in retail marketing and corporate governance. In addition to managing the strategic planning process and five-year business plan for Canada’s largest refinery, Janelle also led Pump Up the Fun, one of the company’s largest ever retail promotional campaigns across Eastern Canada and New England. 
 
Janelle has also worked with the award-winning and entrepreneurial team at Efficiency NB; developed rapidly growing brands with Moosehead Breweries; and executed best-in-class promotions and games with Atlantic Lottery Corporation.   
 
With a passion for consumer insights, Janelle has also taught as an Associate Instructor of Consumer Behaviour, a third-year Bachelor of Business Administration marketing course at the University of New Brunswick. 
 
Janelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Brunswick.
