Kathy Gorman (she/her)


Kathy is a highly strategic, award-winning marketer with more than 20 years’ experience working with top-tier global ad agencies, independent firms and client-side brands.


After spending most of her career with global agencies including BBDO, Dentsu Aegis Network North America and Arnold Worldwide (currently Havas), she comes to CCGoodwin from the brand team at Metrolinx GO Transit, Canada’s largest transit agency.


Kathy brings to the table a wealth of experience with a wide range of sectors. Her brand experience includes Canadian Tire, FedEx, LCBO, Lexus, Manulife, Mars, RBC, Toyota, United Way and Volkswagen, among others.


Energized by growth, Kathy has a track record of achieving business objectives through integrated marketing strategies with a focus on digital, branded content and customer activations. Her skills in creative problem-solving, relationship building and mentorship shine through everything she does.


A philanthropist at heart with a passion for people, Kathy has been an active volunteer with Ronald McDonald House, supporting families with critically ill children; Camp Oochigeas, supporting children affected by cancer; and Children’s Aid Corsage Project, supporting underserved teens attending prom.


After a lengthy career in Toronto, Kathy is thrilled to be back to her hometown community of Saint John, New Brunswick.


Kathy holds a business diploma with a major in Marketing from New Brunswick Community College.
