Betthy Mekemguille Gnitedem

Betthy is a fourth-year nursing student at the Université de Moncton and a mentor to first-year students. A volunteer with Moncton Cares and Hospice Southeast NB, she serves vulnerable people with compassion. A single mother and refugee, Betthy embodies resilience and champions equity, diversity and inclusion on campus and in her community.
